SUNY Canton Information Services regular Help Desk hours are:
Monday through Thursday - 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST
Friday - 8:00AM to 4:30PM

FAQ's
- Username and Password (Email, Network, ANGEL)
Each student,faculty/staff member is assigned a campus computer username and password to be used for network logon, email and ANGEL. Each person's username is printed on his/her official schedule.
- the two digit day of birth,
- the first three letters (first letter capitalized) of the month of birth,
and the last 4 digits of their SUNY Canton Banner ID.
- For example, if your birthday is February 1 and your Banner ID number is 123456789, your password would be 01Feb6789. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive.
Individuals are responsible for the security of their accounts. Passwords should not be shared.
Users should LOG OFF their accounts at the end of each PC session.
All users are responsible for complying with SUNY Canton's Computer & Network Use Policy.
