Small logo Men's Ice Hockey Snaps Five-Game Skid With 4-2 Win Over Franklin Pierce

(Rindge, N.H.)- Four different players scored a goal for the SUNY Canton men's ice hockey team as they snapped a five-game losing streak with a 4-2 win over Franklin Pierce University Saturday night in Rindge, N.H.

Ryan Clayton (Youngstown, N.Y.), Pat Otwell (Orchard Park, N.Y.), Mark Talamo (Oswego, N.Y.) and Mike Pearman (Columbus, Ind.) scored for the Roos who evened out their record at 5-5.

Sam Rooney (Ellington, Conn.) chipped in with a pair of assists and Jimmy Merrow (Plainsboro, N.J.) turned aside 44 of the 46 shots he faced in goal.

Nate Schursky and Coursen Schneider scored for the Ravens and Jon Tuttle recorded 15 saves.
