(Canton, N.Y.)- SUNY Canton won their sixth straight game on Saturday as they beat the University of Buffalo 8-3 in an Eastern Collegiate Hockey League game at the Canton Pavilion. The Roos moved to 5-2 in the league and 10-5 overall.

Eight different players scored a goal for the Roos led by Mark Talamo (Oswego, N.Y.) who had one goal and two assists. Eric Randall (Tonawanda, N.Y.) and Sam Rooney (Ellington, Conn.) each added a goal and an assist. Brian Haller (Saugerties, N.Y.), Joel Cardinal-Shultz (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), Garrett Rosenbaum (Charleston, S.C.), Darren Camp (Canton, N.Y.) and Pat Otwell (Orchard Park, N.Y.) each scored once. For Haller it was his first career goal.

Dustin Deleel (Massena, N.Y.) stopped 23 of the 26 shots he faced in goal.

Ken Wojnowski, Joe Ristagno and Andy Holtz scored for the Bulls and Nicholas Edson recorded 25 saves.
