Head Coach Tim Mickle
Tim is in his fourth year as head coach of the baseball team and ninth year overall at SUNY Canton.
In addition to coaching Tim is the Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations. He oversees scheduling of the new all-weather turf field and management of work-study students for athletic events.
Tim was also the head coach of the football team for three years and was named Coach of the Year in the Northeast Football Conference his first season. He was also an assistant coach with the women's softball program for two years.
Prior to joining the Northstars staff, Tim spent nine years at his high school alma mater, Canajoharie Central School, as an assistant coach for the Black and Gold varsity football team and head coach of the junior varsity and modified football teams.
Tim played one year of college football at St. Lawrence University in 1982 and continued his education at SUNY Cortland where he received a bachelor's degree in physical education.
