Roos Fall At Oswego State 116-68

(Oswego, N.Y.)- SUNY Canton dropped a 116-68 decision to Oswego State Saturday night in a non-conference men's basketball game in Oswego.
The Lakers (1-0) led the entire game and had five players reach double figures in scoring.
Silvon John (Bronx, N.Y.) shot 7-for-10 from the free throw line and had 17 points to lead the Roos (0-2).
Antoinio Valentin (Watertown, N.Y.) added 14 points and Lowell Stevens (Bronx, N.Y.) chipped in with 11 points.
Chad Burridge pumped in 18 first-half points and finished with a game-high
24 for the Lakers. Stanley Francois added 19 points for Oswego.
