Roos Lose to Keuka College 79-52

(Keuka, N.Y.) SUNY Canton couldn't overcome a hot-shooting Keuka College team as they lost to the Storm 79-52 Tuesday night in a non-conference men's basketball game in Keuka.
Keuka (1-0) shot a blistering 64 percent from the floor including 9 of 14 from three-point range. The Roos (0-3) did out score the Storm 33-28 in the second half.
Antonio Valentin (Watertown, N.Y.) led the Roos with 15 points and three assists.
Josh Wilson (Chaumont, N.Y.) scored 10 points and handed out three assists. Silvon John (Bronx, N.Y.) added eight points and five rebounds and Deric Alston (Jacksonville, N.C.) contributed six points and three assists.
Keuka was led by Justin Stern who poured in 24 points, grabbed eight
rebounds and dished out four assists. Stern buried six 3-pointers and
shot 6 for 7 from the free throw line. Alex Coleman added 13 points,
six rebounds and five assists and Diamond Booker had 10 points and six
boards.
