Roos Drop 92-77 Decision to Fisher in Houghton
College Turkey Drive Classic

(Houghton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's basketball lost to Fisher College 92-77 in the consolation game of the Houghton College Turkey Drive Classic. SUNY Canton and Fisher are both in the Sunrise Conference but Saturday's game will count as a non-conference game. The two teams will play again twice next semester.
Silvon John (Bronx, N.Y.) scored a season-high 24 points and hauled in 11 rebounds for SUNY Canton who fell to 0-5 overall.
Tony Valentin (Watertown, N.Y.) added 22 points, three rebounds, three assists and three steals for the Roos. Deric Alston (Jacksonville, N.C.) contributed 13 points and four boards.
The Falcons were led by Brandon Hamilton who had 28 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three steals. Ryan Henry scored 12 points and Casey Purcell chipped in with nine points and three assists.
