Roos Lose at St. Joseph 82-57

(Rutland, Vt.)-The SUNY Canton men's basketball team was upended by the College of St. Joseph 82-57 Saturday afternoon in Rutland, Vt. The Roos fell to 2-5 in the Sunrise Conference and 2-15 overall.
Silvon John (Bronx, N.Y.) scored 16 points to lead the Roos.
Brian Ramsdell (Winthrop, N.Y.) added a career-high 14 points. Deric Alston (Jacksonville, N.C.) supplied 11 points and Josh Wilson (Chaumont, N.Y.) had 10.
Tyler Herrington had 30 points and eight rebounds for the Fighting Saints and Doug Childs added 16 points.
