Small logo (Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's soccer team celebrated their first game on their new turf field with a 12-0 win on Saturday against Fisher College. The Roos improved to 9-2 in the Sunrise Conference and 9-4 overall.

The all-weather synthetic turf field was completed this past week and both the men's and women's teams played their first games on the turf on Saturday. The women also beat Fisher 8-0.

Repton Abrahams (Brooklyn, N.Y.) fired in three goals, two coming in the second half, to lead the men's team.

Anani Agbossoumonde (Syracuse, N.Y.) scored two goals and set up two others. Prince Sabatto (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) and Moses Asomaning (Staten Island, N.Y.) also scored twice and Afiba Moore (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Michael Adamitey (Staten Island, N.Y.) and Mike Valadez (Clayton, N.Y.) each added a single goal.

Steven Bullock (Edwards, N.Y.) and Chris Hill (Watertown, N.Y.) combined on the shutout as they each made one save in each half.

John Bonaconso recorded nine saves for the Falcons (1-9-1, 1-10-1).
