(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's soccer team remained undefeated in the Sunrise Conference as they rolled over the College of St. Joseph 4-0 on Saturday at St. Lawrence University's North Country Field.

The Roos (2-0 Sunrise Conference, 2-2 overall) built a 3-0 lead at halftime and generated a season-high 31 shots against the Fighting Saints.

Anani Agbossoumonde (Syracuse, N.Y.) scored his first goal of the season off an assist from Eric Hayes (Canton, N.Y.) in the 22nd minute. Mitchell Planty (Litchfield, N.H.) made it 2-0 Roos when he scored his first goal from Prince Sabatto (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) in the 29th minute. The final goal of the half came with 14:27 on the clock when Ian Ellison (Walworth, N.Y.) banged in his first goal of the year off a nice drop pass from Michael Adamitey (Staten Island, N.Y.).

Sabatto capped off the Roos scoring when he was able to split two defenders and score unassisted with 15 minutes left in the game.

Steven Bullock (Edwards, N.Y.) posted his third career shutout with four saves for SUNY Canton.

Jason Stone had six saves in the first half for the Fighting Saints and Edward Fanning made seven more in the second half, including a nice point blank kick save on a wide open shot from Sabatto late in the second half.
