Roos Shut Down by Fort Kent 8-0

(Fort Kent, Maine)-The SUNY Canton men's soccer team knew they had a tough test on Saturday when they faced the University of Maine at Fort Kent. The Bengals are currently ranked 7th in the latest NAIA national poll and have been in the top 10 the entire season. They showed why with a convincing 8-0 win over the Roos on Saturday in Northern Maine.
SUNY Canton was held without a shot in the game while the Bengals generated 34 attempts.
Eamon Case (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) (7 saves) and Chris Hill (Watertown, N.Y.) (5 saves) combined in goal and each allowed four goals apiece.
Jermaine West scored four first-half goals to power the Bengals. Giovanni Sinclair and David Girouard combined for the shutout in goal.
