(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's soccer team had to rally for the second straight game to beat Vermont Technical College 3-2 Saturday in Canton.

The Roos fell behind 2-1 but rallied for the win just like they did earlier this week against Morrisville State College.

Both teams battled incredible weather conditions as torrential rains fell and high winds ripped through the field the entire game.

Chris Cumella (Webster, N.Y.) put the Roos up 1-0 early in the first half but the Green Knights came back with goals from Matthew Golden and Tim Quinn to go up 2-1.

James Catillaz (Gansevoort, N.Y.), who assisted on Cumella's goal, tied the game with a penalty kick in the 67th minute and then Zeraycob Walelign (Addis Abba, Ethiopia) scored unassisted with just under 14 minutes left in the game.

Eamon Case (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) had three saves for the Roos and Tyler Lever had five saves for Vermont Tech.
