(Presque Isle, Maine)- Three different players scored for SUNY Canton as they rebounded from a tough loss on Saturday to beat the University of Maine at Presque Isle 3-2 in a men's soccer game on Sunday in Maine. The Roos are now 4-1-1 in the Sunrise Conference and 5-3-1 overall.
All five goals in the game were scored in the final 30 minutes of regulation.
Chris Cumella (Webster, N.Y.) tallied the game-winning goal unassisted with 14 minutes left on the clock. Moubarak Agoro (Bronx, N.Y.) and James Catillaz (Gansevoort, N.Y.) also scored unassisted goals for the Roos. Eamon Case (Plattsburgh, N.Y.) had seven saves in goal for SUNY Canton.
Craig Maffei and Devon Peaslee scored for the Owls, who out shot the Roos 9-8. Richard Felbaum had seven saves for Presque Isle.
