(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton men's soccer team tied Fisher College 2-2 in double overtime on Sunday in their Sunrise Conference season opener.

The Roos (1-1-1) led on two separate occasions in the game. In the 12th minute James Catillaz (Gansevoort, N.Y.) took a nice feed from Chris Cumella (Webster, N.Y.) and fired a shot past Falcons goalie Jose Villagran.

Fisher tied the game in the 61st minute when Antonio Revilla scored off a shot that went off the hands of Roos goalie Chris Hill (Watertown, N.Y.).

SUNY Canton went back ahead in the 63rd minute when Dennis Frost (Bridgetown, Nova Scotia) trapped a long throw in from Josh Harvey (North Creek, N.Y.) and sent a low shot past an outstretched Villagran.

The Falcons deadlocked the game for the final time off an unassisted goal from Mamadu Bah in the 74th minute.

SUNY Canton out shot Fisher 16-15 but only eight of their shots were on goal.
Hill finished with three saves while Villagran had six.
