(Rutland, Vt.)- Lauren Ploof (Hammond, N.Y.) scored 21 points leading SUNY Canton to their second straight Sunrise Conference win on Sunday with a 70-54 decision over the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, Vt.

Kristi Farrell (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) added 16 points for the Roos (2-0 Sunrise Conference, 2-4). Megan Davis (Hammond, N.Y.) had 10 points and Shannon LaFave (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) went 8-for-8 from the free throw line for eight points.

The Fighting Saints were led by Irene Tompkins who dropped in 17 points. Viki Gucci and Michelle Thompson each added 10 points apiece.
