Roos Lose to Point Park 90-54 at Candy Cane

(Houghton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's basketball team lost to Point Park University 90-54 in the second round of the Houghton College Candy Cane Christmas Classic. The Roos end the first semester at 0-9 while the Pioneers improved to 5-4.
Teresa Morley (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) was named to the all-tournament team for the Roos as she had a career-high 15 points and nine rebounds on Saturday. Brittany Kenyon (Hammond, N.Y.) added 13 points and five rebounds and Shannon LaFave (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) contributed eight points.
Brittney Wilson led Point Park with 15 points, five rebounds and five
steals. Ashley Henderson had 14 points, three rebounds, three assists
and three steals and Katy Auth collected 13 points, five assists, four
steals and four rebounds.
