Kenyon Named Rookie of the Week

(Canton, N.Y.)- Freshman guard Brittany Kenyon (Hammod, N.Y.) has been named the Sunrise Conference Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.

Kenyon was honored after helping the Roos pick up two road conference wins. Kenyon had 16 points, six rebounds and six assists in a 56-40 win over Machias and then had 13 points, seven rebounds, five steals and four assists in a 66-52 win over Fisher.

Kenyon is averaging 9.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.5 steals per game for the Roos this year.
