Small Named Sunrise Conference Player of the
Week

(Canton, N.Y.)- Sophomore guard Mindy Small has been named the Sunrise Conference Player of the Week in women's basketball following her performance at the Ursuline College Tournament in Ohio.
Small, named to the all-tournament team, averaged 9.5 points, 5.5 rebounds,
3.0 assists and 2.5 steals leading the Roos to a 1-1 record in the tournament.
She had 10 points and five rebounds in a 100-51 loss to Ursuline and
then had nine points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals in
a win over Lake Erie College. Mindy shot 46 percent from the floor and
sank five 3-pointers.
