(Rutland, Vt.)- The SUNY Canton women's soccer team scored four second half goals as they coasted to a 6-0 win over the College of St. Joseph Saturday afternoon in Rutland, Vt. The Roos improved to 9-0 in the Sunrise Conference and 9-2 overall.

Erin Tulip (Constable, N.Y.) and Lauren Ploof (Hammond, N.Y.) set each other up for goals in the first half as SUNY Canton led 2-0 after 45 minutes.

Tulip, Niki Perkins (Potsdam, N.Y.), Amanda DeLyser (Marion, N.Y.) and Aimee Bookmiller (Bliss, N.Y.) then tallied goals in the second half for the final score. Ploof added one more assist and Shirley DuBrey (Saranac, N.Y.) also had one helper.

Brenna Sexton (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) made two saves for her seventh shutout of the year.
