(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's soccer team continued their defensive dominance as they posted a 6-0 win over D'Youville College Sunday afternoon in Canton.

The Roos tied a school record with their 12th win of the season after winning their 10th straight game and recording their sixth consecutive shutout on Sunday.

Niki Perkins (Potsdam, N.Y.) scored two minutes into the first half and the Roos (12-2) eventually built a 4-0 lead at the break behind a goal from Lauren Ploof (Hammond, N.Y.) and two consecutive tallies from Justine Monahan (Ellington, Conn.).

Shirley DuBrey (Saranac, N.Y.) and Ploof added goals in the second half for the final score.

Brenna Sexton (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) stopped six shots for her 10th shutout of the year.

Delisa Clifton made seven saves for D'Youville (4-9).
