(Houghton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's soccer team saw their three game win streak come to a halt on Wednesday as they lost to Houghton College 8-0 in Houghton. The Roos dropped to 2-2 overall while the Highlanders improved to 3-2-2.

Brenna Sexton (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) had six saves for SUNY Canton.

Hanna Swift pumped in three goals to lead Houghton. Erin Ross and Amy-Kaye Mitchell each had a goal and an assist and Lauren Foster recorded two saves in the shutout.
