Roos Blanked by Presque Isle 3-0

(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's soccer team was shut out by the University of Maine at Presque Isle 3-0 on Sunday in Canton. The Roo slipped to 4-4 in the Sunrise Conference and 5-7 overall while the Owls improved to 5-3 in the conference and 7-4 overall.
Aubrey Parrish (Greene, N.Y.) had five saves for SUNY Canton.
Desiree Smith and Lainey Herring did all the scoring for the Owls. Smith had two goals and one assist and Herring had a goal and an assist. Taylor Ussery had one save for the shutout.
