(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's volleyball team saw their four-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday as they were swept by SUNY Potsdam 26-30, 15-30 and 25-30 in Canton.

Valerie Bova (Central Square, N.Y.) pounded down 10 kills to lead the Roos (9-2).

Alicia Abbey (Mayville, N.Y.) recorded eight kills and an ace for SUNY Canton. Brittany Hains (Mexico, N.Y.) handed out nine assists. Sharlie McLean (Massena, N.Y.) added six kills and Nicole Rishe (Evans Mills, N.Y.) and Sarah Martin (Canton, N.Y.) each had three kills apiece.
