2007 Women's Volleyball

(Canton, N.Y.)-Junior Alicia Abbey (Mayville, N.Y.) has been named the Sunrise Conference Volleyball Player of the Week.

Abbey led the Roos to four wins over the weekend. On Saturday she collected 13 kills, seven aces, and two assists as SUNY Canton beat the Univesity of Maine at Fort Kent 3-0 and 3-0.

On Sunday she pounded down 31 kills and had 13 aces and five assists as the Roos beat the University of Maine at Machias 3-1 and 3-1.
