Reservation Requirements
- Please make room reservations prior to calling food service.
- Call Beth Gooder, Catering Manager, at 386-7634 or email at gooder@canton.edu to schedule an event.
- Please allow seven days notice. We recommend 3 weeks notice for events of 50 guests or more. Larger receptions or dinners require extra planning which could take several months to organize, so please plan accordingly.
- Specify the duration of event.
- Specify the department your event will be billed to and whether you will need to have a PA or a C-1.The catering department needs to receive all PA’s and C-1’s two days prior to your event.
- Please confirm your guaranteed number of guests three days prior.
- If cancelling, please notify the catering department as soon as possible. A service fee may apply.
