Korean Style Beef Cubes
Yield: Approx. 4 doz. Appetizers
| Ingredients | Amount |
| Soy Sauce | 1/4 cup |
| Ground Spice | 1 Tbsp |
| Granulated Garlic | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Onion, chopped | 1/4 of one |
| Ground Hot Pepper | 1 Tbsp |
| Beef Sirloin, boneless or High quality Top Round cut in 3/4 inch cubes | 1 1/2 lbs |
| Salad Oil | 2 Tbsp |
| Soy Sauce | 1 1/2 Tbsp |
| Black Sesame Seed, or Standard Sesame Seed | 1 Tbsp |
Method
- To make the marinade for the beef, combine the 1/4 cup soy sauce, ginger, sugar, onions, and chilies. About 30 minutes before you plan to serve, let stand for 1/2 hour, stirring once or twice.
- To serve, heat salad oil in an electric frying pan. Add the drained meat cubes and cook, stirring, to brown all sides, for about 2 minutes or until done the way you like it.
- Turn out on a warm plate; sprinkle with soy sauce, then with sesame seed.
Hot Mushroom Dip
Oven Temp: 350 Oven Time: 25-30 Mins.

| Fresh Mushrooms Cleaned & sliced | 1 lb |
| Butter | 2-3 Tbsp |
| Flour | 2 Tbsp |
| Sour Cream | 2 Tbsp |
| Onion Powder | 1/2 tsp |
| Garlic Powder | 1/2 Tbsp |
| Sliced Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 lb |
Method
- Saute sliced mushrooms in melted butter.
- Cook until flour has thicken liquid
- Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Mix together.
- Place mixture in a shallow baking dish.
- Cover with sliced cheese.
- Bake.
- Serve warm with stone-ground Wheat Thin crackers.
Hot Artichoke Dip
Oven Temp: 350 Oven Time: 25-30 Mins.
| Ingredients | Amount |
| Artichokes | 1 can |
| Mayo | 1 cup |
| Mozzarella Cheese,shredded | 1 cup |
| Cayenne Pepper |
Method
- Combine artichokes and mayo.
- Place mixture in shallow baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to taste.
- Bake.
- Serve warm with crackers.
