Apply to Graduate
Potential graduates (those meeting graduation requirements) must now apply for graduation online.
Promptly applying for graduation assures you will be included in the 2017 Paysonian yearbook and the Commencement program. Graduation application does not guarantee that graduation requirements have been completed.
May 2017 Graduates: Apply to Graduate January 1, 2017 – March 15, 2017
To complete the online Application for Graduation:
- Go to the SUNY Canton website
- Go to Quick Links and choose UCanWeb
- Log in to UCanWeb
- Choose Student Menu
- Choose Student Records
- Choose Apply to Graduate
- Complete the application, indicating whether or not you intend to participate in the Commencement ceremony, and Submit
APPLY TO GRADUATE - Late Fee
After the Apply to Graduate deadline (March 15, 2017), a late fee of $20 will be imposed on students wishing to attend the Commencement ceremony. This fee must be paid before you can receive your grades, diploma, or transcripts.
Please note: This late fee is only for students wishing to participate in the Commencement ceremony and who have missed the Apply to Graduate deadline. This does not apply to students only receiving their diploma.
To request participation in Commencement after the Apply to Graduate deadline, please complete the LATE Request to Walk form by noon on May 5, 2017. After 12:00 p.m. on May 5, 2017, you will not have the option to participate in the Commencement ceremony.

This $25 fee is included on the Spring Semester bill and is required for all graduates.
