May 2016 potential graduates (those meeting graduation requirements) must apply for graduation. Log into UCanWeb between January 5 and March 1, 2016 and follow the step by step directions.
Promptly applying for graduation assures you will be included in the 2016 Paysonian yearbook and the Commencement program. Graduation application does not guarantee that graduation requirements have been completed.
Because of limited seating capacity, this year's Commencement is a ticketed event and those without a ticket will not be admitted into Roos House. Each graduate participating in Commencement will be allotted four (4) guest tickets which will be distributed in student commencement packets when pre-ordered regalia is picked up at the Campus Store.
Note: All family members and guests, including small children, must have their own ticket to enter the building.
If there are any EXTRA TICKETS available, they will be given out via a raffle, one ticket at a time. If all names have been chosen and there are still tickets available, students needing more than one ticket will be put back into the bin for a second round raffle.
To be included in the raffle for available EXTRA TICKETS, please complete the Extra Ticket Request Form.
This form must be completed by 4:00 pm on April 29. IF THERE ARE EXTRA TICKETS AVAILABLE, the raffle will be held on Saturday, April 30. Students who receive extra tickets will be notified by Monday, May 2.
Included with the academic regalia is a Commencement Packet. The packet includes practice instructions, tickets, and other pertinent information. Graduates with their own regalia may pick up a Commencement Packet from the Campus Store. Please pick up packets by 4 pm on April 29.

The potential graduate listing by School, formatted for the program, will be available on the Commencement website for preview in March. Check the list to ensure that your name and degree title are correct.
