DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Canton College Foundation seeks a detail-oriented and organized individual with exceptional customer service and data management skills to join our dynamic and growing not-for-profit. Reporting to the Senior Foundation Accountant, this individual will process gifts to the Foundation and provide donor acknowledgements, maintain constituent updates in the database, and provide gift reports for financial statement processing. A high degree of accuracy and the ability to work well in a team are important attributes.
Required: Associate's degree, one to three
years of experience in a clerical, customer service-based position, experience working in
Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel as well as stand-alone accounting
software systems, valid driver's license.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree, experience with Banner or other enterprise data management systems, previous experience working in higher education.
