Information Services

The Mission of SUNY Canton’s Information Services Division is to supply the highest quality, reliable, secure information technology and services possible to the SUNY Canton user community, within the resources available to the division.

Information Services contains the service units described below, and reports to the Provost. Click here for an organization chart.

Infrastructure: network maintenance and administration, telecommunications, video conferencing

Systems and Security: servers, storage, systems administration, security management

Enterprise Applications: Banner and programming services for enterprise systems interfaces

Technology Support Services: Help Desk, personal computer support, student computing, multimedia classroom support, videography

Library: Circulation, Reserves, Reference, Acquisitions, Interlibrary Loan
