Office 365 is a suite of collaboration products from Microsoft and includes the following:

Exchange Online

Email/calendaring solution for all current employees and students.

Skype for Business (formerly Lync Online)

Instant messaging/personal video conferencing product available to current employees.

OneDrive for Business

Cloud-based storage for personal documents that can be shared with others within the campus.

Office Online

Web-based versions of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote where you can create and edit documents without the need to have the Office suite installed on your computer.

Office 365 Pro Plus

The latest version of the Microsoft Office suite available for installation on up to five personal computers and up to five mobile devices. This product is subscription-based and you will have access for as long as you are a current employee or student.
