Many of our current students juggle responsibilities like, the balancing of classes whether it is a part-time or full-time academic work load, part or full-time employment and the everyday struggles of obligations to their responsibilities in the family.

The facility provides students with a nineteen station Multipurpose Room equipped with computer systems and Nova work stations, two additional classrooms, each providing seating for 30 individuals, a computer resource room, a kitchenette, and a convenient mini-campus store where students may purchase their textbooks for the classes that are held at the SUNY Canton Education Center.

The front of our center is supplied with admission applications, financial aid brochures, academic programs information, and inquiry cards. Past yearbooks are also available for viewing and reminiscing. Our friendly and helpful staff are here to assist you with filling out forms, textbook purchases, as well as answering any questions you may have. Please note that the SUNY Canton Education Center does not offer a complete degree program and the staff are not advisors or counselors.

The SUNY Canton Education Center offers college credit, non-credit, and Emergency Medical Services courses for people of all ages. We offer credit and non-credit courses in the liberal arts, business, general studies, computers, CPR, financial, and specialized training.
