The Physical Plant is located in the William C. Cooper Service Complex at the south end of campus next to University Police.
The Cooper Service Complex is also home to:
- Central Storehouse/Central Receiving
- Mailroom
- Building Trades Department
- Grounds Department
- HVAC Department
- Building Services Department
