The Physical Plant is located in the William C. Cooper Service Complex at the south end of campus next to University Police.

The Cooper Service Complex is also home to:

• Central Storehouse/Central Receiving
• Mailroom
• Building Trades Department
• Grounds Department
• HVAC Department
• Building Services Department
