SUNY Canton Offers Instant Admissions at

Massena Education Center

  Potential SUNY Canton students can attend two instant admissions sessions at the SUNY Canton Education Center, at the St. Lawrence Centre Mall in Massena, on two Fridays in August.

A representative from the SUNY Canton Office of Admissions will be at the Massena Education Center on Friday, August 12 and Friday, August 19 from 1 to 4 p.m. to admit students for the Fall 2005 semester.

"We offer admissions at the Massena Education Center to make it easier for people who work in Massena to register for full or part-time classes," said Betsy Libby, SUNY Canton Assistant Director of Admissions. "We will also provide pre-admission information and curriculum options for the 50 degree programs offered at SUNY Canton and the classes offered at the Massena Education Center."

Those interested will need to provide a final official copy of their high school and college transcripts, or a GED score, a completed application and a $40 application fee. "We hope to give an answer within minutes," Libby said.

Those who have just begun to consider attending SUNY Canton are also encouraged to stop by.
