Karate Demonstration August 29 at SUNY Canton
The SUNY Canton Karate Cub will be holding a Karate Demonstration at 6 p.m. Monday, August 29, in the Kingston Theater in the Miller Campus Center.
The demonstration will feature forms (kata), techniques in self-defense against unarmed and armed attackers, basic training, weapons forms, and board breaking.
The SUNY Canton Karate Club invites students to attend Karate classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room of Dana Hall. Classes begin Tuesday, September 6, and run for the duration of the fall semester. Stop by and be sure to wear loose clothing. The class fee is $20 per month.
