Area Youth Join Phantoms in the Park with SUNY Canton
More than 100 area youth and their families joined SUNY Canton and the Canton Chamber of Commerce for Phantoms in the Park. The annual event provides safe Trick or Treating with area businesses, a parade, costume contests and other spooky fun. Pictured is Juliet Packard, the daughter of Jennifer Packard of Canton, a SUNY Canton Criminal Investigation student.
