I permit residence life and maintenance staff to enter my room in my absence to fix the above maintenance concern.
Disclaimer: Please note that your issue will be addressed as quickly as possible, and emergency situations (such as no heat, major plumbing issues, water leaks, etc.) will be handled before non-emergency issues (such as needing a light bulb, repairing a broken piece of furniture, etc.). If your problem has not been addressed in a timely fashion, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 315-386-7513. Most emergencies are handled within a few hours, and non-emergencies are handled within 72 hours. If you are writing regarding a roommate issue or issue with your door combination, your RA or RD will be in contact with you directly.
