*For extenuating circumstances such as medical issues that prevent the member from utilizing the facilities, the Roos House will consider such instances on a case by case basis. Supporting documentation will be required from an accredited physician, supplied via a registered prescription pad or medical office letter head from the treating physician. This does not guarantee a refund of any membership contract.

The Roos House is property of the college and is host to events, ceremonies, rentals, games, tournaments and any other activities held by SUNY Canton during the calendar year. This will at times, impede or limit the use of certain facilities in the Roos House for members, students and faculty/staff alike. Such instances are not grounds for a refund on membership contracts as they are regular business operations of the facility.

Ice Arena, Field House and Athletic Fields

Due to the nature of facility rentals and the difficulty in re-booking last minute rental cancellations, the Roos House has a 24 hour cancellation policy in place for full (100%) refund of rental deposit or payment. Failure to comply with the 24 hour cancellation policy will result in full payment of the rental.

*SUNY Canton reserves the right to request any reservation pay a deposit to secure their   rentals of the ice arena, field house or field turf.
