(Charleston, West Virginia)-The SUNY Canton softball team saw their season come to a close as they lost two games to 13th-ranked William Carey University in the NAIA qualifying Unaffiliated Conference Tournament in Charleston, West Virginia.
(Oswego, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton baseball team wrapped up their season on Tuesday dropping a doubleheader at Oswego State. The Roos lost 7-3 and 10- to the Lakers to end the year at 3-26-1.
(Weston, Mass.)- The SUNY Canton softball team turned in another dominating performance on Sunday as they captured the Sunrise Conference championship beating the University of Maine at Presque Isle 11-1 in five innings at Regis College in Weston, Mass.
(Canton, N.Y.)- Eighth-year head coach Diane Para has been named the Sunrise Conference Coach of the Year and freshman pitcher Tina DeLuca (Fresh Meadows, N.Y.) earned Rookie of the Year honors in softball.
(Canton, N.Y.)- First-year head coach Joe Carbone has been named the Coach of the Year in the Sunrise Conference in baseball and six of his players received postseason honors.
(Weston, Mass.)- Thanks to a dominating pitching performance form Tina DeLuca (Fresh Meadows, N.Y.) top-seeded SUNY Canton rolled over No. 2 Fisher College 13-3 in five innings to advance to the championship game of the Sunrise Conference softball tournament at Regis College in Weston, Mass.
(Lynn, Mass.)- No. 3 SUNY Canton couldn't recover from a deflating loss Friday night as they fell to No. 4 Vermont Technical College 13-3 in seven innings Saturday in the second round of the Sunrise Conference baseball tournament at Fraser Field in Lynn, Mass.
(Presque Isle, Maine)-The SUNY Canton baseball team dropped both ends of a doubleheader at the University of Maine at Presque Isle on Saturday as the Owls prevailed 9-7 and 8-4. The Roos fell to 3-10 in the conference and 3-21-1 overall.
(Canton, N.Y.)- Freshman Heather Lottie (Canton, N.Y.) of the women's softball team has been named the Sunrise Conference co-Player of the Week. Lottie shares the award with Debbie Fuller of Fisher College.
