English as a Second Language (ESL)
Many ESL/LEP students find it useful to spend an hour or more each day at the Writing Center, which provides a quiet place to do homework or to work on writing projects. The added advantage of a knowledgeable tutor is nearby to answer any questions that may arise in regard to the language of assignments or textbooks.
There are also tutorials to help students meet the reading and writing components required in their academic programs.
