Upward Bound

Upward Bound (UB) is an oasis of learning, fun, and adventure.

Upward Bound is a U.S. Department of Education, federally-funded, year-round program designed to generate in participants the skills and motivation necessary to complete high school and to enter and succeed in college.

Upward Bound - SUNY Canton serves high school students from local school districts in St. Lawrence, Lewis, Franklin counties. UB provides academc / social enrichment and support. Historically, it was housed at St. Lawrence University. Now, we are on the SUNY Canton Campus

Upward Bound is comprised of two distinct components: summer and school year.
