Upward Bound
Who Is Eligible?
Students who want to improve their academic, social, and personal skills. They must be in grades 9 through 12, between the ages of 13 and 19, and attend a participating school. Each student must be a citizen or national of the United States. Students must demonstrate a need for academic support as well as a strong desire to work toward their full academic potential. Also, students must meet federal economic guidelines and/or be potential first- generation college students.
