How Do I Join ?

All candidates must complete a competitive application process.

Applications can be picked up at your local high school guidance office, an Upward Bound advisor, or the Upward Bound office.

Following completion of the application and eligibility determination, students will be interviewed by an Upward Bound Staff member to assess the need for Upward Bound services. Acceptance is based on student need for Upward Bound services offering support and guidance to students to access post-secondary education.
