Review Logic Gate symbols, truth tables, boolean expressions, and PLC ladder logic diagrams.
How to create PLC ladder logic diagrams from logic gate circuits.
How to create PLC ladder logic diagrams from boolean expressions.
How to create logic circuits and boolean expressions from PLC ladder logic diagrams.

Laboratory objectives:

Review the Lab Notes and create a ladder logic program in Logix Pro for each logic gate and logic expression. Use the I/O simulator to test the logic programs. Save the files to a folder. Continue building a “PLC ladder logic file portfolio”. Programs must be complete with Name, Date, file title, and PLC element and rung labels.
Complete the Chapter 7 review questions in the textbook and implement them in Logix Pro. Use the I/O simulator to test.
