Recipe: Scotch Bonnet Sauce and Mango Chutney
Optional: Add sauces to wraps! Scotch Bonnet Wrap and Mango Chicken Wrap

Ingredients list for Sauces:
Scotch Bonnet Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 scotch bonnet peppers* (or habanero peppers)
- 1 small red bell pepper
- ½ cup olive oil*
- 1 tsp vinegar*
- 2 tbsp parsley*
- 3 garlic cloves*
- ½ yellow onion*
- ½ tsp crushed ginger*
- 1 tsp complete seasoning*
- ½ tsp salt or to taste*
Mango Chutney
- 3 cups diced mango
- ½ cup finely diced red onion
- ⅓ cup golden raisins*
- ⅓ cup brown sugar*
- 5 tbsp finely minced garlic*
- 2 tbsp finely minced ginger*
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar*
- ¼ tsp salt*
Scotch Bonnet Wrap and Mango Chicken Wrap
If you are making the wraps with us too, you will need:
- 2 White 10-inch wrap*
- Tomato slices
- Romaine leaf lettuce
- Red onions sliced thin
- Shredded cheese, I prefer a cheddar blend
- Tofu will have to be cut into strips and baked beforehand
- Skinless, boneless, chicken breast cut into strips and baked beforehand
