Intramurals
Intramurals are a great way to be active without the commitment of travel and practice. SUNY Canton offers a variety of intramurals that you can be a part of. Most importantly, it's easy to form a team. Just grab some friends from class and sign up or join as a free agent and be placed on a team!

All rosters should be returned completed with team names, player names, contacts, and captain's information. These forms should be returned to Troy Lassial in the Rushton Hall RD Office.
