The principles for finding information on a research question are the same whether one is actually in a "bricks-and-mortar" library or sitting at home in front of a computer. Wherever you are located, Southworth Library will assist you with your academic activities.

The Silent Zone
In response to student requests for quiet study space, the Library now can offer access to the "Silent Zone" during the evenings. On the 1st floor of the Library, after the Math and Accounting Lab closes, that space will transform into a designated campus quiet space. Students who enter the Silent Zone can expect complete quiet, free from cell phones distractions and other noises.
Students who cannot meet the requirements for use of the room (no talking, music or other noise related activities) will need to find study space elsewhere in the building.
