Readmission Requests

Any student who has previously attended SUNY Canton, and has NOT been enrolled in a degree program at another college since attending SUNY Canton, can apply for readmission to the college.

Note: SUNY Canton students currently enrolled at SUNY Canton who will be graduating at the end of the semester and would like to enter a new curriculum next semester should complete the "Readmission Form."

Readmission guidelines:

  • Complete and return a readmission application online or print out the application [pdf] and mail it to us.
  • All readmission requests are reviewed and evaluated by the Admissions Office for academic eligibility, in consultation with the dean's office. Students will receive a letter after a decision has been made.
  • After acceptance to the college, readmitted students must make an appointment with their appropriate dean to make their class schedule
  • Readmission to the college is not guaranteed.

Please note if you have attended another college since attending SUNY Canton, you will need to apply to the college again using the traditional application viewed here: https://www.suny.edu/applysuny/
