Unofficial Transfer Credit Evaluation Process
To have an unofficial transfer credit evaluation completed, please complete the Transfer Credit Evaluation Form and submit it to our office via email (email@example.com) or via fax (315-386-7929) with all college transcripts. Unofficial credit evaluations typically take 5-7 business days to complete and are subject to change.
If you have already applied for admission, please do not complete an unofficial transfer credit evaluation; you will be sent an evaluation after a decision has been made to your application. This form is for prospective applicants.
