Customized Training Programs

If your company or business has a need for customized technical training in the areas of energy, home contracting, construction, manufacturing, etc. please contact the CREST Program Coordinator to discuss specifications and costs.

Building Science Training Schedule 2013

Schedule your BPI exam(s) with SUNY Canton a BPI Affiliate.

Once you start the certification process, you have one year to complete it before you will be required to start over as a new candidate.

Costs

Currently BPI, Building Analyst and Envelope Professional classes are $575.00 for each training. This is a 45% savings from 2011 tuition rates.

To be certified the candidates must take and pass a written test and a field test for each individual area of specialty.

Written Test, individual - $425.00, scheduled test day with 5 or more candidates $250.00

Field Test - $425.00

Candidates failing to successfully complete an examination may retake the exam a 2nd & 3rd time within one year with an additional test fee.

When enough interest is available in a specific area within our training region we will organize and present a class in the local area, such as Malone, Plattsburgh, Tupper Lake, Watertown, etc.

To reduce student travel and expense, we may be able to provide classroom sessions over internet video. Contact Art Garno Program Director for more information.
